Les Serendipity is committed to protecting your privacy whilst you are visiting our website. Please be assured that we will never pass on your details to third party organisations and that your personal details are held securely and in strict confidence.
Online ordering:
You are responsible to ensure that all information given by you at the time of ordering is correct. The information that you provide must relate to you, the buyer and not a third party. When you have completed your order and payment, please note that this does not mean that your order has been fully accepted by us, Les Serendipity. We reserve the right to cancel any order (and process a refund in full) without prior notice. Once your order is accepted you will receive a confirmation via email if you provided your email address upon payment.
Payment methods: We accept PayPal as payment. You DO NOT have to be registered to use this service. You can pay via your debit/credit card by using the PayPal gateway.
Custom Made Charges
- All custom charges (if applicable) are payable by you, the customer.
Pricing:
The prices on our website are in $ (US Dollars) and do not include Shipping and or Tax if applicable. If shipping is less when packaged and ready for shipment and there was a overcharge...I will refund you via your paypal acct. The postage prices are disclosed when order is finalized and added to your cart however it can be less when I apply for the shipping label. I seldom have to charge more in fact I have not to date, I just take that loss. All prices are subject to change at any time and without prior notice on website for products.
So don't leave items lingering in your cart.
Cancellation & Returns Policy:
You are within your rights to cancel any order but please do so in writing within 7 working days of receiving your order and please contact us beforehand to arrange. Goods can only be returned if they remain unopened and remain in the same condition as when you received them as in. sealed and unopen . Refunds for goods, which have been damaged whilst in your care will not be refunded. Refunds for un-opened goods will be refunded upon receipt of the return less shipping cost.
Liability:
We hold a strong policy on product liability and can confirm that all products listed on our website which are supplied to you will meet the description given on the website
or in a email, phone call or message if your order was changed.
All sales are subject to US legislation.
