Take that brush and dampen with warm water, make some lather/cream with your shaving soap and bring the brush with lather to the area you want to shave and apply shaving cream. After a few seconds of letting the lather/cream sit on your area, shave as normal. then rinse your skin well. Always rinse your shaving brush and allow to drain and dry. The shaving bowl is fine left as it. Just dont put too much water in it.
